Leaders-in-Training (LIT) is geared toward those who want to become a camp counselor and are interested in becoming better leaders.

Training includes topics such as camp leadership, group games, supervision, planning “all camp” programs and a variety of great team-building activities. They will work closely with counselors within a supervised program. Participants will get to enjoy traditional day camp activities as a teen group, build their resumes with real life experiences and make a difference in their communities, while making camp a better place for themselves and other campers.

LIT sessions are 5 days — but campers in this age group will benefit from multiple weeks.
